In fact, I didn't know about the White version, since I haven't used it for a long time, and not knowing that, I uninstalled both version, thinking there was two different ones. I now see that the Pink version became White since they do that same opening sequence. All is clear and White now

Ah, I think I've worked out the previous problem:
You were clicking on the pink icon which asked you update to Play. Rather than opening Play from the white icon. I didn't install DirectX and the others again since they were already installed from the previous (unsuccessful but nonetheless) updates.

Muvizu and Muvizu Play keep on asking for a new updates even after I did install the update twice and my installation was successful on both occasions. Is there something I did wrong?
I'm on Windows 7, 64 bits. 4GB DDR3 RAM on Intel Core 870. AMD Radeon HD 5570 1GB.

Have you had any luck getting Muvizu to work? We have a new version of Muvizu available now so it would be worth trying that. It does seem strange that .net framework 4 tries to update when you run Muvizu everytime. If I don't select Update, it crashes with multiple error messages. I'm using 32bit vesion on XP Pro.
