<description><![CDATA[Hi, <br/>  <br/> I have been trying to complete the upgrade to "plus" - using the built in Licence Manager but can't get past the order confirmation page.  <br/> I am getting an error message which reads "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Our engineers have been notified of the issue.
