I cannot activate my license since it says it has been activated the maximum number of times. I purchased a new laptop. Please deactivate all previous registrations and allow to use Muvizu on a new laptop.

It sounds like your recording software isn't saving the name correctly. Try renaming the file after recording or check if there’s a "Save As" option.
