Maybe in a formal contest the time frames would be enforced strictly because there might be thousands of entries and they'd need a way to weed out some entries... but I think it's safe to say that for this contest the time constraints could easily be taken as a guideline more than as a rule.

With only a handful of potential submissions I doubt seriously that the Clayster would reject somebody's video because it was over or under the time he recommended in his project definition.

Speaking for myself, I'm going to execute my idea, and however long that takes is how long the video will be.

I have mentioned that I would extend the due date if i have to, I wont settle with just three submissions or less, so if its more time we need, then I will add another three weeks, this should give everybody a chance to enter.

Make Me Laugh ( Comedy Competition) Just want to let everyone know that I released my new fantasy pack in the store, this is the pack that I'm giving for 3rd place in this competition, I started it at a low price, but it will go up before this competition ends.

No prob,Clayster.. I've been busy anyway.

But you seem to have a thorough understanding of your characters from prior years of using them in stories. I'm guessing you already have ideas about what they should sound like (voice-wise) so can you give me any guidance about what you're looking for in Red Dead's voice?

There are all kinds of ways that evil can be communicated in a voice.

Do you see him as a boisterous personality like Yosemite Sam?
Or a man of few words who'd rather shoot you than talk to you? ( speaks with his actions)

Is he just mean and dumb, with a limited vocabulary of gruffly spoken words?
Or smart and condescending, able to insult with words his opponents don't even understand?

Is his voice deep, booming and threatening?
Or throaty and raspy like the hiss of a rattle snake that smokes 4 packs of cigarettes a day?
or unexpectedly high pitched for a villain? Maybe his wussy voice is what turned him against society and made him want to kill everybody who made fun of him in school

Maybe it would be easier if you compare your vision of Red Dead to a TV or Movie character...

Any defining info would be appreciated. Or, I can just make something up.. but I'm guessing you already know what you want.

Lol more like this, you hit right on with this one,
Or throaty and raspy like the hiss of a rattle snake that smokes 4 packs of cigarettes a day?

5. Videos must be submitted no later than midnight July 13th 2016,

just a reminder... this is two weeks away

No Pressure! Right? I will have something, but need about a month more. I wanted to enter so I could learn more about how to use Muvizu, and I am learning a whole lot, so glad I decided to enter or I might not be using Muvizu at all right now. It is summer time, and NO WORK right now. YAY. So I am hoping to finish before I go back to work on July 11. Like I said. No Pressure.

If there isn't more then one video submitted by at least July 10th, I may consider extending the due date another thee weeks, I understand that not everyone can whip up a good video at most expected time given dates, I know that there are new users that are learning Muvizu, so I'm easing the pressure just a little to give everyone a chance to submit their work, but just remember, the video doesn't have to be a Wow popping master peace, and don't have to look like a Hit block buster, this is more about Making Me Laugh, that"s the only quality I'm looking for in your video, I'm not saying don't go all out to make it look good, that's up to you, just meet the submit date.

Since there was the discussion on the microphone, is mine okay? I know I could invest in an upgrade, but I would rather not if it is not necessary.

Clayster2012, I'm assuming we'll be recording at 48khz? I just want to check.

That's correct, remember that there will be background noises that will be set a low setting to create a light ambience for the saloon, also I will be adding more line for Milo bill, since you are good at those funny pickup lines, could you come up with a few and send them to me, and I'll try and work them in the script, just remember to keep it friendly for younger viewers.

Jamie Jane it is. Just let me know when you need it.

it seems fine, as long as there is no background noise it will do, but you want to wait til you get a mic, then i'm ok with it, waiting will give me more time to work on other set of the video, it's whatever you need to do, i'm in no hurry.

I love voice acting. I'd be happy to pitch in. Here are auditions for a few characters.

Lol I love those pickup lines for milo Bill, you seem to understand his character that's funny, could use those, and you know I been looking for a good sound for Robo James, because him being a clock work robot and with that hollow sound you made seems fitting, and another thing that weird is for some strange reason you hit Quick Jack the way I would always imagine how he would sound, are you getting into my head or what, anyways those Characters are available if you want them, aslo I may use those pick up lines.

Oh and to let everyone know, I may use this 30 minute video as a submission to try and get Finger pistols are Dangerous published.

Lol. You did a great job designing them and describing them so I picked up on those cues and ran with it. I'm happy to do as many of these characters as you need. I love collaborating on projects. (Note: I didn't have any good ideas for the chief that weren't terrible racial cliches so I didn't audition him). And I'm happy just to get my name in the credits no matter what you do with the project in the end. I'm not looking for compensation, just for fun.

Ok, then you can Have quick Jack, and Milo Bill, and robo James, once I get the full their scripts ready I'll send you their Lines.
