How many characters had you created when it happened? Were the characters actually in a Group or had you just selected a lot of them at the time? Thanks.

I couldn't actually select characters and add them to a group - so I created two, duplicated them, selected the four, duplicated them etc - when I had about 10 characters I just got a long dialog box with "fatal error" - didn't take much notice of the description as I closed that and then Muvizu stopped working.

I am currently creating a Queen "live" movie (just for Emily) - part of the set - looks over the ground and therefore I thought it would be good to have a "crowd" instead of just empty spaces - I may look for images to see if I can give the impression of crowds...that could work really well actually....

You can't import video with transparency... Unless you use crazydaves new method
http://muvizu.com/Forum/topic1281-transparent-videos-as-textures-in-muvizu.aspx

Cheers
D
