1) Your version isn't up to date, because this crash happened with the older version, so check if you have the lastest version of Muvizu

I am installing this programme for the first time and it looks great.

but when I try to load

I get the message...

Unable to load muvizu.dll the application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.
