any time you install purchased add-ins you have to activate the content as follows:
FILE > LICENSE MANAGER > ACTIVATE (then re-enter your license code)

If you saved your code in a text file and copy it into the clipboard, I think Muvizu can read it from there without you having to type it. There might be a "christmas" section in the objects menu and character edit menu. You could go to Tools-->Content pack to confirm you've downloaded it.
