Troubleshooting - W2 error when upgrading to Play+

Muvizu protects against online piracy by limiting the number of times a licence can be activated. Sometimes you'll reach this limit for legitimate reasons. This can be due to failed upgrades or through reinstalling windows.

If you do have a W2 error, please contact support@meshmellow.com to increase the number of activations.
