Posts: 5 		I have downloaded and installed the new Heroes and Villains update.
But when I open my Muvizu and look at the characters, only the basic characters are there.
Where can I find the new ones ?

It is possible you have the lite version installed.

If you go to the tools option at the top and down to content packs you will be able to see if you have the pack installed.

If the pack has not been installed then you can do so from this menu.

Um, no. I am certain I installed the big one rather than lite.
I hovered don to the tools option and this is what I saw.
I did not see any content packs.

Looking at that screenshot I think you downloaded an older version!

If you go to our website you will be able to download the Heroes and Villains content pack.

It is found in the downlad section on the right were it says 'Downlaod our Latest Asset Packs and Freebies.'

After this, if there are any problems then please let me know.

Posts: 396 		Sorry to wade in and complicate things, but that doesn't look like the latest version to me. The most recent release would definitely have a menu option for content packs, and there'd be a 'Content packs' button underneath the characters that would also take you there.

You can check the version number by going to the '?' menu at the top-right, then 'About'. The latest version is "MZASS-v0.21b". I suspect you're running "MZASS-v0.20b" or earlier.
