Hi, am I going nuts or is it odd that when I "X" out of timeline after directing an action, my character pops back to his idle state, does not hold the action. For instance, "falls into grave" is lying in bed after direction, but when I "x" out of timeline, he stands. I don't believe this was/is the norm. Or, again, perhaps I'm going crazy. Please help, either way, thanks, an embarrassed, Dave

No your not going crazy. Once you exit out all characters go back to a idle state. So they can be edited or moved or what have you.
You also can click on the actions of your character while in directing mode before pressing record and they will act out the action.

They will keep what ever mood idle is set for them under the character action window. You have two drop down windows one is for character mood. so if you click on for example an angry mood then the character will return to an angry idle state after exiting out of the timeline.

Hope that helps.

helps immensely. Thanks. I thought I might be "InsanePerriced." (Maybe I was thinking of Crazy Talk Animator, where, I believe, I could close timeline w/o this effect.) thanks again, Dave
