shader model 3 Thanks to everyone who responded back.Will be buying the new graphics card $100.00 / $200.00 they tell me.

shader model 3 I don't have a graphics card with shader model 3 so I went on line for pricing and all I can find is a free download for it.Is this correct or do I need to buy a new graphics card?Thank you.
