Frickin Huge videos I have used Digiber converter in the past seemed to work ok for me. http://www.digiber.com
There are options for you to tweak the birate and frame rate to compress the file size.
The size varies based depending not only on bitrate and FR but also the file type (avi, mp4. wmv...)
