I didn't post anything about your video because Jamie already had posted a reply

Indeed YouTube sometimes block videos when they spot copyrighted material.
This not always happen though, it all comes down to how the owners of the copyright material react.
Some ask YouTube to block it completely, some allow the content and only block it for some countries.

Unfortunately I can confirm that your video never made it to our CMS, hence there was nothing we could do.

Error on exit Hey guys,

There is a known issue about exiting Muvizu when using DirectX 11, you will get a message saying "Muvizu has stopped working".
We are currently working on this.

The crash Ziggy just mentioned is indeed a weird one I cannot reproduce, either in Dx9 or Dx11.
Any details you can remember that might make a contribution for this?

Crash loading audio. Hi Simon,

That's a very weird crash!
I believe this may have something to do with the way the sound file was exported.

Did you from previous Premiere Elements versions or was it a clean install?

Urgent Problem Directing Object Movement That's very strange!
The object movement settings window works for imported objects too!

I can't say for sure without investigating this further, but it looks like it's the object acting up.

I believe You system is struggling to run Muvizu because it's below the minimum specs required to run Muvizu. And having a Windows 7 operating system with only 2GB ram might be limiting your computer resources to run Muvizu

I like to point out the Muvizu minimum specs .
  • 2.4GHz processor
  • Shader model 3 graphics card (or equivalent APU)
  • 2.3GB free drive space
    • Can you please send us your DxDiag file so we can have a look?
    1- To get this file, click the windows start button and choose run. Then type DxDiag.
    2- Press the "Save all information" button, and save the file as a txt.
    3- Send us the file to bugs@muvizu.com.

    That looks like a bad installation or a corrupt installer.

    What version are you trying to install? Please try to download the latest version from our download page http://muvizu.com/Download/ and tell us if you managed to make it work.
