I would really like to use this fabulous software but unable to open it, please help! Dll'muvizu,dll':exception from HResult:0XC000001D. Appears on screen. I have Xp and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 32 bit version, unticking c++, Direct X and .net framework, and every combination of unticking and ticking. Muvizu.dll is there under program files/binary. Have tried downloading visual c++ and Direct X end user run time from your suggested site but was prompted that a suitable version or higher was already on my computer. I also downloaded .net 3.5 framework as suggested and again tried reinstall with various combinations of ticks. Also promoted to repair c++ and .net framework. To no avail. The computer I use is on dial-up so I down loaded the muvizu software on my android phone and then transferred it to my desk top. If I have to I can hook up to my friends high speed and start over.
