Muvizu chat

    • I am running 64bit Muvizu under Windows 8. When I maximise the working area after startup the camera window disappears. I have found a workaround by increasing the window size by dragging the corners. Is this a known problem and is there a fix?

      • Hi Mooveezoo - are you able to use the show/hide Camera Window option when this happens?

      • (The show/hide button is in the 'view' menu)

      • Hi
if I open the camera edit window I can get the camera window to display using 'show window'. To see the edit box properly I have to drag it into the centre of the screen. If there is more than 1 camera I get separate windows.

    • Hi I have installed muvizuaseexporter.rb but I only get 1 colour. Is there a better plugin for export from Sketchup8?

      • Hi, if you use more than one material it should give you a colour picker for each one.

      • Hi GlasgowJim - I have tried importing the mustang as in the tutorial - but I only get 1 colour which is the one filed in UT3>textures > toto.jpg. Do I need to modify anything in the Sketchup plugin or options on Import in Muvizu?

      • Hi again, if you have used multiple materials you will be able to edit the individual colours by right-clicking on the model and then selecting edit.

      • Hi again - I have imported the mustang from Sketchup warehouse as in the tutorial which does have multiple properties. However when I right click on the imported model in Muvizu only one colour is shown. Sorry to be so dim.

      • Hi, may have an answer here - in the edit properties of the imported object the same colour is shown in each box because you have to assign each one yourself by clicking on them and selecting the right colour/texture. Is that close?

      • Problem now solved with a 'grownup' version of the Sketchup exporter.
        Thanks to all
