  • Hi,
    I'm trying to import some .jpg background images to my video. I get a screen that says the file is an unknown format. Which format does Muvizu like? Also... I have a .gif file that won't open either. Can someone help me?

    • Hmmm... odd. Try restarting Muvizu. It should accept jpg. jepg. bmp. and png. files. I'm not sure if it can use gifs or not. There's a wiki page on the accepted files for Muvizu.

    • DSP... Thank you for your response... I did as you suggested without success. I also visited wikipedia and didn't find a list of supported files. I've been trying for months to get Muvizu figured out... Seems I'm SOL... Thanx again

  • hi i am having trouble with simple movement. When I drag my character to try and get it to a certain point it goes way off course, even to the point where it disappears off the screen. The same thing happens with the camera(s). Please help.

    • Yeah, that's a bug in Muvizu. If you double click where you want the character to go instead of dragging, this problem should stop.

    • HELP! I can't set up a scene. Moving & setting up objects or characters is nearly impossible. I tried double clicking where I want them to go as suggested without sucess. I'm running on Parallels for Mac. Shame, I purchased windows 7 just for Muvizu.
