I cannot activate my license since it says it has been activated the maximum number of times. I purchased a new laptop. Please deactivate all previous registrations and allow to use Muvizu on a new laptop.

I imported a 3 min long video into a backdrop but it plays only first few frames (about 7-8 seconds) in loop. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

Quando enviarem uma mensagem para mim e seguindo o que eu passei, gostaria de ter retorno se o problema apresentado por quem mandou mensagem, seja mencionado, se houve ou não; Seja Ativação ou problemas na Instalação, neste Fórum tem todos os detalhes, só procurar pelo meu nome que vai encontrar.
Aguardo resposta se foi solucionado como últimas mensagens, caso não, eu falarei para o responsável atual em Hong Kong, do programa Muvizu.
Espero a compreensão de todos.

Posts: 18 		hello, I have a problem. when I enter my license key I get the message that it was successful. but I can't delete the watermark and when I close the program and open it again I get the message again that I should buy it or enter the key. why doesn't my key work? the program is still active on my old pc. could it be because of that? or is windows 11pro not good for the program?
