Hello,

I imported a 3 min long video into a backdrop but it plays only first few frames (about 7-8 seconds) in loop. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

To fix the issue where your 3-minute video plays only the first few frames in a loop, try the following steps:

Check Video Format: Ensure the video format is compatible with your backdrop settings. Convert it to a supported bitlife format if necessary.

Playback Settings: Look for playback settings in your software. Make sure the video is set to play in its entirety and not just a loop of the first few seconds.

Timeline Adjustment: If you're using video editing software, check the timeline. Ensure the video clip is extended to its full length and not trimmed.

Re-import the Video: Sometimes, re-importing the video can resolve playback issues. Remove the current video and import it again.

Software Update: Ensure your software is up to date, as updates can fix bugs related to video playback.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider checking the software's support resources for further troubleshooting.
