Posts: 46 		I am trying to open a file and i am getting the message "There was an Error loading scene unknown format"

A little history. I downloaded Muvizu Play and saw that the watermark changed and the 920HD was missing. This was not good for my large project I have been working on, so I went back to version 23.
I wonder if I had opened it in Muvizu Play and now it won't open in the old version? Or is it corrupted?
Any way to open the file and re-save it for v23? If so anyone able to help?

Posts: 1988 		If you save your file from Play, it will never work in 23b again because Muvizu is not forward compatible - 23b can't read sets from Play. Ever. I hope you have backups.

Posts: 46 		Nope. Unfortunately, my dropbox is not showing any earlier versions. Last I worked on it was in April.

Posts: 1988 		Good stuff - I also find you have to be careful tracking which versions you're using. I have 23b, Play, and the beta installed, and have to be diligent in keeping any sets restricted to their 'core' version to avoid just this sort of thing. And keep lots of backups

Posts: 1786 		yes when i save sets i use a naming convention now so as not to mix myself up so i save setname_23b and setname_play etc that way I hopefully dont mess myself up
