Please help!

I have recently had a windows update and now Muvizu keeps crashing, saying that the Intel HD Graphics Driver has stopped working and recovered, but the same thing happens every time about 20 secs into using Muvizu. I have tried updating the Intel Driver and it says that my current version is up to date.

Any suggestions?

Since your video card is an onboard one, it's likely the amount of system RAM allocated to it isn't enough (since the update changed something). Try giving it more RAM in the BIOS settings - I'm guessing it's a laptop, and you'll have to press Delete or F2 to get into the BIOS settings when the machine boots up (right at the start).

Gah! It won't let me. I did manage to access it, but no option to give it more RAM.

I think the windows update just totally befuddled my lappy - the whole thing just crashed and I've had to restore.

I think I've tried everything now - cleaning, SDK download, system restore (again) - and still every time I open Muvizu it crashes the Intel graphic. So I'm thinking maybe start again. If I unistall Muvizu can I reinstall it from the same licence key? Or am I doomed to a life without Muvizu?

The licence key can be used again. If you hit the maximum activation limit, then you can just ask support for an extension.
