if me click on shortcut muvizu app always cant open and the messagges always say like this picture :


i always install after that unistall and install after that unistall .net framework 4.0 the messagges always comeback, after that i download .net framework 4.5 this messages always comeback

i think this problem from my display adapter ( intel(R)HD Graphics ) not compitable with directx 11
if this problem from my display adapter how i fix them and if no how ifix them too....

sorry im indonesian, so im not so smart for talk with language english Gunslinger

Posts: 494 		It is not your graphics card, I have the same and Muvizu runs fine using DX9. Check when you install that you tick the option to install .NET Framework. Hope this helps

I had re-installed the application muvizu to 5 times and uncheck (. net framework 4.0) and then I wait until the installation is complete
but the message is always returned

Posts: 1988 		I'd suggest uninstalling Muvizu, then downloading .net 4 seperately from here

And then, once it's installed, restart your machine before installing Muvizu. Fingers crossed

Apologies if this is a misunderstanding due to language differences, but if you ARE unchecking the ".Net Framework Version 4.0" box during installation then that's probably the reason Muvizu won't start for you. The box should be checked, as below:

Again, apologies if this is what you actually meant, but it's worth making sure just in case!

Maaf jika ini adalah kesalahpahaman karena perbedaan bahasa, tetapi jika Anda ADALAH centang ". Net Framework Versi 4.0" kotak selama instalasi maka itu mungkin alasan Muvizu tidak akan mulai untuk Anda. Kotak itu harus diperiksa.
