Posts: 3 		I saved my license key last time i used it. I had to reinstall Muvizu and when I try to use the license key it won't work. The license key when I open it is in Chinese. I guess Muvizu was bought out, and there is no support any longer. When I used the license key before I don't think it was in chinese. Is there anyone that can help me.

Estou tendo o mesmo problema o W3, como podemos resolver, já que gastamos dinheiro com este programa?
Você tem alguma solução?

Unfortunately there's not really a workaround for this.
The best you can do at the moment is ask them if they can fix it soon: snow.tu@meshmellow.cn
About a week ago they said it would be a few days, but this is pushing it.

Is there a reason you didn't keep your old copy? Have you moved computer or reformated your pc? It is possible to transfer an active licence on one pc to another pc.
